,” who had been in the Bangalore Parapana Agrahara prison for DA Case along with her sister-in-law Ilavarasi applied a parole petition at Karnataka High Court. Sasikala applied for a 15-day parole, to meet her husband Natarajan, who had been in the hospital, getting treatment for kidney and liver ailment. As the parole application didn’t satisfy the requirements, it was rejected. Again, Sasikala applied for a five-day parole and she got it sanctioned. However, the parole is granted with certain restrictions.
Sasikala should only go to the hospital and return to the house. She is not permitted to go anywhere.
She is permitted to stay at the hospital from 9 AM to 5 PM
In case of any urgency, she should inform the nearby police station and go to the hospital
Sasikala is not permitted to meet the media and share her opinion
She is denied to participate in any public or private events
Sasikala is not supposed to meet any politician, but if they come to meet her voluntarily, she could meet them
