After wrapping up his shooting with the Lady Superstar “Nayantara” in “Velaikaran,” directed by Mohan Raja, the actor has started his shooting with the glam heroine Samantha Ruth Prabhu in a yet to be titled film directed by “Ponram.” Ponram had already directed Siva in Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam and Rajini Murugan. Now, luck has been blowing in the terrace of Sivakarthikeyan. Yes, now the actor has committed doing Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal with Trisha Krishnan and Nayantara. The film is directed by Vignesh Shivan. Earlier the film was initiated with Vijay Sethupathi and a twenty-day shooting went on. But, the movie was stopped in the middle and now Siva joins the movie. Gnanavel Raja produces the film and Sun TV purchased the satellite rights.
