On 19th February 2020, a crane used in the “Indian 2” set lost control and broke down and killed three people. They are Krishna, Chandran and Madhu. Following the accident, a case had been filed against LYCA Productions, the crane operator and the crane owner. It was said that none of them had been arrested, so far. The latest information is that the case filed by Nazarethpet police had been shifted to the central crime branch.

had miraculously escaped from the accident. They moved from the place just a few seconds back, stated Kamal. Nearly ten people are getting treatment in the hospital and LYCA assured that it will bear all the expenses for the injured. The film produced by LYCA is the sequel to Indian directed by Shankar.
