Plot
Maria is a nun who visits her cousin, Agnes, who stays with her boyfriend, Vishnu and another couple in an apartment. After seeing Agnes’ lifestyle, Maria’s mind oscillates, and she wishes to live like any other normal woman. But her family is against her wishes and humiliates her. This makes Maria hate people, and she decides to join a group that worships Satan. What happens next? What is Satan worshipping? Does that even exist? The rest of the film speaks about these.
Star Performance
Saishri shouldered the film on her shoulders by taking a critical role. Pavel Navageethan did justice to the given role. His dialogue delivery is good. He doesn’t struggle while delivering the lengthy dialogues. The rest of the stars are okay in their roles.
Analysis
While the script looks new, the execution makes us feel outdated. The director has taken a different script and criticized a particular section. It looks like he has lent his support to the Lucifer and Satan groups. While the first half speaks about a woman’s inner feelings, the second half talks about her hatred towards the society she belongs to. Bharath Sudharshan's BGM elevates many scenes. There are no songs in the film, which is the biggest plus.
