Gautam Gambhir
, the Indian Cricketer, had announced his retirement from all forms of cricket through a Facebook video. He had been in the Indian team for the past 14 years. He will play his last match in Ranji Trophy where Delhi plays against Andhra Pradesh. Gambhir had played in 58 test matches with 4154 runs and 147 ODIs with 5238 runs and 37 T-20s with 932 runs. His 75 runs in the T 20 finals in 2007 and 97 in the 2011 ODI world cup final, helped India grab the cup. After this tough decision to sign out from the cricket, Gambhir tweeted, “The most difficult decisions are often taken with the heaviest of hearts. And with one heavy heart, I’ve decided to make an announcement that I’ve dreaded all my life.” Your hard work and dedication will always be remembered!
