The lawyer of the 53 years old actor said that using the Billboards will not be an issue.
He also says, "Since the ad's meant to be funny and doesn't imply an endorsement, I'm sure Tom's not going to assert the right to protect his name and likeness".
The Billboard has Cresente Paez standing next to the actor Tom in the Mission Impossible movie poster, with the caption, "Mr. Hunt, have faith. It's Paezible!" Hope, you remember Tom’s name is Ethan Hunt in the movie.
