6. ‘Man Mayal’
Hamza Ali Abbasi moves gold with this hit show. Even as the chemistry between himself and his co-megastar
received a complaint, it hasn’t stopped the show from sustaining brilliant viewership numbers. The tale follows Mannu performed by using Maya Ali and Salahuddin played by Hamza Ali Abbasi, who in spite of loving each other for years, are not capable of marrying. While Mannu marries the spoilt and bloodless Mikaeel, the audience cannot assist but empathize with the guiltless and naïve girl. who influences Salahuddin into a commitment. As Salahuddin’s and Mannu lives come to be intertwined, their sorrows and love for each different no longer decrease through the years.
This drama is anyone’s guilty pleasure. Starring Eshal Fayaz and Noor Hassan, the lead characters suffer a complete reversal of fortune and are forced into an existence of distress and poverty because they disobeyed and disgraced their mother and father by going for walks away to get married. Putting some of the greater ridiculous plot points of this morality tale aside, the fixed route and robust performances will make it worth your time. The story, until now, has been an endless saga of one crime which includes ten episodes of not going penalties. But the interaction between the leading pair makes this drama interesting to observe every week. There are some apparent loopholes too. As an instance, the couple eats biscuits because they have no cash for food, but Noor Hassan in no way runs out of volumizing hair gel and Eshal Fayaz’s nails are always manicured. But, Ahmed Zeb and
even out those weaknesses with their superlative performances.
8. ‘Abb Kar Meri Rafugiri’
This TV series gets to the heart of some deep set cultural troubles including honor killings. Daniel Raheel’s man or woman falls in love with a girl called Taban, performed by Ushna Shah, who originates from an enormously conservative and closed-minded circle of relatives who best marry inside their caste. Taban, however, is blind to this young man’s lifestyles, not to mention his obsession along with her. But her family penalizes her by forcing her to marry her aggressive cousin, performed with professional menace using
. In desperation, Taban runs away and eventually meets the motive of all her misery. She will not go back to the domestic worries of her life.
The story is about humans from different worlds and how destiny brings them collectively. It stars Saba Qamar within the glamorous avatar of a fashion version with Zahid Ahmed as the male lead. Zahid’s character belongs to a circle of relatives which disapproves of modeling as a profession. Saba’s man or woman, alternatively, has already made a name inside the fashion world. This serial might be well worth looking if it avoids simplistic, black and white characterizations and permits the target audience to make their judgments. This remarkable story, along with breathtaking clothes and majestic settings are really worth a watch.
