This 34years singer is considered to be a source of abundant knowledge in classical singing, well-versed Veena player and most popular among classical section. His father late Shri Veena Raghavan is himself a great veteran in classical music. No doubt Sriram had to look nowhere for inspiration. Sriram started his career in 2001 and is still active. He is awarded Tamil Nadu State Film Award for best male playback singer in 2005 for his song ‘Suttum Vizhi Choodare’, 61st Filmfare Award South and SIIMA Award for best male playback singer in 2014 for his song ‘Anandha Yaazhai’.
