She worked in a corporate company for seven years before getting into the music industry. Yamini attended AR Rahman’s school of music, KM Conservatory. She made her debut with a Tamil song in 2016 with Aagayamey, but the fame came with a Telugu song called Sakhiya for the film Gudachari.
