Star Performance

Vijay Deverakonda pulled off his role excellently. Rashmika is given an emotional role and she had done justice to it.

The story is simple. The screenplay does the magic. The characters are designed well. Rashmika and Vijay Deverakonda fit in their roles well and in fact, lived as the characters. The visuals and the BGM are stunning. Justin Prabhakaran receives appreciation for his soulful music. Dear Comrade is targeted towards the youth and there are intimate scenes between the lead pair to attract the youngsters. The climax should have been better.

What’s There?

  • The script and screenplay are neat and good
  • Performance of the lead actors are fantastic
  • BGM and Visuals are really the treats to the audience

What’s Not There?

  • The length should have been minimized a bit
  • The climax should have been shot a bit differently

Although there are a few sequences which could be easily predictable, Dear Comrade is definitely a good entertainer for the youth.
