K.R Vijaya is a famous south Indian actress. Vijaya was born in the year 1948 in Kerala. She was brought up in Tamil Nadu and her parents were theatre artists. Vijaya’s original name was Devyani. Her parents faced serious financial woes as they struggled to make the end meet. Vijaya was a gifted dancer and she started stage performances at a very young age.
