Vetri Sudley

Vetri is an Indian actor who worked predominantly in Tamil cinemas, born on 25 December. He is a son of M. Vellapandian, producer. He started his acting journey on stage when he first time played with De Vriksha on the campus of MGR Janki school on 27 April 2014. He also works as a producer and director, directed many films like Vicharana, Visaranai, Visiri, and Aadukalam.

Vetri debuted through his film 8 Thottakkal (2017) where he played Sathya which did not makeup in the box office but got praised by the very famous Rajnikanth. His second film made Jiivi(2019, thriller film directed by V. J. Gopinath)where he played Saravanan, made him famous, and the movie also earned well in the box office.

He received positive reviews from critics and also received awards for the same. He won the best actor and got the best movie award for Jiivi from sparkling events. He also got an offer for Jiivi for its remake rights in Hindi, Bollywood. Both of his films were produced by his family. Next, he started working on C/O Kaadhal which is a remake of the Telugu film C/o Kancharapalem (2018), released on 20 March 2020.

He is also working on his upcoming films of different genres like Manam, Memories, and one where he plays as a psycho-thriller. He has not only been acting in movies but also acts as a support for the society and recently had donated for the COVID19 CM relief fund.
