He pursued his masters in Information Technology in Australia and with all gusto, learnt acting from Clarence White at the Acting Studio. Having realized his passion for acting, he decided to pursue it more seriously, which led to him studying at the TVI Actors Studio, LA. After being shaped by other experienced and professional teachers at LA, he then decided to pack his bags to India. At first, he experimented with the small screen.

Sai Prasad rose to fame after becoming a hit on the reality series, MTV Splitsvilla (Season 4). This then gave him the opportunity to star in an American reality series, Survivor. After this, he bagged roles in films such as; David (2013); Rock on (2008); Pappu Can’t Dance Saala (2010); Muniya (2008); Yuvvraaj (2008); Love Breakups Zindagi Click to look into! >> Read More... (2011); I, Me Aur Main (2013) and PK (2014). Apart from having the desire to entertain viewers, Sai Gundewar is currently pursuing what he loves best after acting, fitness!

Gundewar took birth in Nagpur but moved to Mumbai at a tender age. During schooling he got himself associated with cultural and theairical activities. 

Sai Gundewar has his own ‘low-fat meal’ delivery service in Mumbai by the name, Foodism. This is delivered through Mumbai’s favorite dabbawalas. It is an efficient way to deliver clean and healthy food. Well, they say, “A way to a man’s heart is through his stomach!”. Therefore, needless to say, Sai Gundewar indeed has our ‘favoritizm’.
