Sree Raam is an Indian film actor renowned in the entire Tamil film Industry for his performance as a Debutante in Kattradhu in 2007 in which he appeared as a child actor. His father Ram Shiva gave photos of two of his sons in the film industry. Sree Raam was the elder one, and Arjun Raam was the younger one.
Sree Raam immediately got the offer to work in the movies. He made a breakthrough appearance by winning an award for the Best Child Artist. His performance in the movie Pasanga in 2009 directed by Pandiraj along with Kishore, won hearts of people. Pasanga has been nominated for the best Tamil film entitled with a cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000. The two teenagers Sree Raam and Kishore received Rs. 50,000. The film was all about the conflict between two children, Anbu and Jeeva against the prevailing family quarrels, which marked a turning point in children’s genre, a largely neglected area in Tamil Cinema. Since then he appeared both as leading and supporting roles in the movies. He also appeared in many films starring as the younger version of many lead actors.
In the year 2014, he appeared as one of the main roles in movie Goli Soda directed by
Vijay Milton and won appreciation for his performance in the film. The film explored the journey of four boys, who suddenly stumbled upon the needs to have their identity, and their struggle to keep their identities intact, after battling many odds. The success of the film led him to be cast in different movies of the same genre which included Vajram and Kamarkattu in the year 2015. Stunned by the performance of Sree Raam in the move Goli Soda, he was recommended and then later signed up for the movie Papanasam in 2015 portraying “Cheramadurai” starring Kamal Hassan. Nineteen-year-old Sree Raam was lucky to be part of Papanasam. He rose to fame with films like Pasanga and Kamarkattu.
He was on cloud nine as he got the chance to share the screen with Kamal Hassan. He was playing the role of a cable man in the movie along with Kamal Hassan who was playing the role of the owner of a cable office. Sree Raam was his helper. Since long, Best Child Artist title winning actors namely Kishore and Sree are great friends. Sree does not want to back up now from the film industry. Films are his life. Recently, his family shifted to Chettimandapam recently this year. He wishes to live an eco-friendly life. The industry has kept his family indulged with it since long. His father pursuing his profession an Assistant Director Sree, an actor. He is currently learning Martial Arts, Dancing, Swimming, Singing which will enhance his career in the future and is achieving greater heights of success.
