Ajay is an Indian film actor, who works mainly in Telugu cinema and has also worked in Tamil and Kannada movies. He became very popular after doing Titla's role in S S Rajamouli's Vikramarkudu. He was born and brought up in Vijayawada.
Ajay did his studies in various places like Vijayawada, Nellore, and Tirupati as his father was a government employee, and used to get transferred very frequently. He went to a college in Jubilee Hills to pursue EAMCET long term in 1995.
He entered in Madhu Film Institute and completed a course in acting. Ajay rates his performance in director Neela Kanta a's Virodhi as one of his best performances till the date.
