Sangieta Rao is an Indian film director who has worked in several Tamil movies. Sangieta was born on 12 December 1973 in Mumbai. She is married to Ashish Rao. Besides doing several hit movies she has also done several TV shows, and is renowned in the television industry. Sangieta received the best director award for doing the popular show Bade Achhe Lagte Hain.
