Dwarakh Raja is an Indian director and screenwriter who put the pieces in place for the Tamil romantic drama “
Kadhal Kasakuthaiya” (2017). Starring Dhruvva and Venba in the lead roles, the movie narrates the love story between a 25-year-old boy and an 18-year-old girl.
Dwarakh initially intended to direct the script as a short film named ‘
Maalai Neram’ but later dilated it to a feature film. It took Dwarakh barely ten days to write the script for the movie and just twenty-four days to complete the production. The movie has six soundtracks of which four have been written by Dwarakh himself.
Despite having a good plot, the movie was engaging only in sporadic fragments, receiving mixed reviews from both the critics and the spectators. It was later dubbed in Telugu and released in 2018 under the title “
Heartbeat.” Dwarakh was born in the municipality of Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu.
He shifted to Perambu soon afterward, where he attended the St.Mary's Matriculation Boys' Higher Secondary School. He graduated from the Madras Christian College with a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication. On 26th February 2016, he tied the knot with Madi Vathani. A year later, the couple was blessed with a son, Magizhan.
