K.A. Shakthivel

K.A. Sakthivel is an Indian cinematographer. He was born in Pattukottai, Tamil Nadu, India. He received training from the Ace cinematographer Jeeva, a director. Before debuting, he started assisting others as a cinematographer in the movies such as 12 B, Run, Unnale Unnale, Ullam Ketkume, and Anandha Thandavam. K.A. Sakthivel debuted in the film industry with his first Tamil film Renigunta, directed by R. Panneerselvam, released in 2009.
