S S Murthy

S S Murthy is an Art Director in Tamil (Kollywood) Industry. He was born in a southern part of India and lived a while there. Then he was brought up in Chennai, India and is also currently living there. He always liked doing visual style and images for the magazines, movie, product packaging, and newspaper. He got a masters degree in Bachelor of Financial Administration from University of Madras, Chennai. After doing his Masters, he was pretty sure what he had to do with his life and decided to pursue his career as an Art Director.

During his initial days, he worked in many Graphics Limited company. He designed many visual images and style for them and posted on various social media websites. He gained experience from there, and that also resulted in enhancing his capabilities. After gaining the experience from the graphic company, he decided to work as an independent Art Director. He has done five movies as an Art Director. The first film he did was Kirumi released on 24th September 2014. The director was Anucharan and produced by K. Jayaram, M. Jayaraman, L. Prithiviraj, and S. Rajendran. It is the Tamil- Indian drama film, and people appreciated this motion picture very much.

The second movie in which he was an Art Director was Miruthan released on 19th February 2016.
