GK

GK, aka Gopi Kanth, was an art director cum actor who worked in the Tamil film and TV industries. He was born in 1957. He did his diploma course in fine arts at Madras College of Arts and Crafts. GK was married to Nageshwari and had a son, Krishnakanth, and a daughter, Hema.

He debuted as an art director in 1985 in Janani, directed by Netaji. He worked in more than 200 films as an art director and production designer.
