Before getting into the cinema industry, he was a video jockey. Isai Aruvi was the channel for which he was working. Isai Aruvi was a part of Kalaignar TV Bouquet. It wasn’t a piece of cake for Pradeep to depict someone belonging to the rural set-up as he was born in a city. He had to learn and understand the slang and accent of Sivagangai, which the character spoke. Before this movie, Pradeep was overweight. However, he struggled hard and managed to lose a total of twenty-five kilos before shooting for the motion picture began. He went to The Indian School of Drama to learn acting through the medium of a crash course.
