Ramdas is a Tamil actor who appeared in Tamil- language films, and he often plays a villain character. Born and brought up in Chennai. His spouse's name is Chandra. In the early 1980s, he reduced his work and did only a few character roles. In 1999, he essayed the role of Minister Thirupathisamy in the political thriller, Mudalvan. He passed away on August 8, 2004, in Chennai at age 83. The actor suffered from a paralysis attack for two months before his death. He died after a brief illness.
