Ebi Shankara

Ebi Shankara is an Indian actor, singer, and presenter who works mainly in the Tamil film industry. He was born in Singapore. His wife is Nithiyia Rao, and his son is Sushanth Shankara Ebi. He is known for “Yaar Antha Star” a reality show telecasted on Vasantham TV and “ Vallamai Tharayo Vallamai Tharayo is a Tamil soap opera. He was selected by the National Arts Council to represent Singapore as a dancer in the ASEAN Youth Camp held in Brunei in 2006. Ebi won the popular show “Vasantham Star” at the 16th age. Vasantham is a singing reality show, telecasted on Vasantham TV in 2005, directed by Heidar Ali.

He hosted the Mat YoYo Season 1 in Tamil and also hosted the National Day Parade in 2008 and 2014. He also worked in the Hollywood production titled The Faith of Anna Waters. Ebi also acted in TV Serials like “Zero Hero (2011),” “Code of Law (2012),” “Our Sister Mambo (2015),” “My Super Secret HQ (2016),” “Battle of the Hearts (2020),” “The Girl He Never Noticed (2022),” and “Kin (2018).” He was selected for Best Actor for “Brown Boys Don’t Tell Jokes.”
