, the character he played in his television debut as the main lead. Before entering into the Television industry, he appeared in children’s film named Varnachirakukal in 1999. He also appeared in many dramas in Doordarshan as a child artist. His break-through was the serial Kayamkulam Kochunni, portraying the legendry thief, who robbed the rich to help the poor; an Indian Robin Hood. This serial was aired on Surya TV.
He quit the show when he got an opportunity in the big screen. He debuted as the main lead in a Vinayan movie Boyfriend in 2005, which was a college love story.
