Sajid Yahiya is a new generation star in Mollywood who is bitten by the acting bug. He came to limelight for his performance in movies like ' Bangalore Days Click to look into! >> Read More... " and "Friday", and now is placing high hopes in direction too. Sajid is making his directorial debut with his film ‘ Inspector Dawood Ibrahim Click to look into! >> Read More... ’. The film is co-written by Arouz Irfan, who is the actor’s cousin.  The film marks the directorial debut of both Arouz Irfan and Sajid Yahiya. Interestingly, the duo has also penned the script and dialogues of the movie. The film poster has already been released in the industry circle.  The shooting had commenced from March 2015 onwards. 

Sajid Yahiya made his debut in a small role in ‘Collector’ that released in 2011 and the movie was declared a hit. Later, he was seen in small roles in movies like ‘Cash,' ‘Amen,' 'Theevram,' 'Arikil Oru Aal'.  In the latest release ‘ Pakida’, Sajid also essayed a character as one of the five friends. He is best known for the song 'Veyil Chilla’ from the film ‘’Achariayude’’ which got maximum viewers In YouTube. In this song, he is shown as a member of a musical band. As he has limitations as an actor, the actor also places equal confidence in handling events, marketing and cinema related activities of Friday Film House.
