Balu Thankachan is a Malayalam sound mixer and a playback singer. He founded 20dB Soundstudios and serves as its founder, audio mixing/mastering engineer, and music designer. He attended Vadavucode's Rajarshi Memorial High School and attended St. Alberts College. He is from Kochi, India, and resides in Chennai. He is married to Neethu George, and the two are parents to a boy.
