Rajalakshmy is a popular singer in the Malayalam film industry. She made herself popular as a singer in the Malayalam film industry by winning the ‘Kerala State Film Award’ for the position of the best playback singer in the year 2011. Apart from the Malayalam movies, she also gave her voice to the Tamil and Kannada movies also. She was born on 13th of October in Ernakulam. She belonged to the musical family. Gayatri Asokan is a female playback singer in Malayalam movies who is trained vigorously in classical vocal music. She is a versatile singer who is an expert in singing Bhajans, Hindustani music, and Ghazals. This singer was born on March 2, 1979. She has a moderately successful career in singing in Malayalam movies. Her life was very much connected to music, and she was keen on learning more on her musical journey. She also did some albums and jingles to understand the music technique. Moreover, she has performed on stages with eminent playback singers like Yesudas, S.P.Balasubramanyam, S. Janaki, Shankar Mahadevan, Jayachandran, Madhu Balakrishnan and Pradip Somasundaran.    Gayatri does some private albums for ‘Art of Living Foundation’ which is run by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in Bengaluru. In this connection, she also has released an album for the foundation in September 2006. This album was released by musical company HMV worldwide. Sithara Krishnakumar, or as we call her Sithara, is a splendid playback singer. She started off her career in 2007 with her first song ‘PammiPammi’. She got a kick to her profession after winning several musical talent shows like AsianetSapthaSwarangal (2004), Kairali TVGandharvaSangeetham and Jeevan TV Voice. She has now given her voice to over fifty film songs in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. Her forte is folk and fusion genres of music. Sithara is on a musical roller-costar with a specialty in various styles including Hindustani classical, Carnatic and Gazals. Born in Kozhikode, Kerala, this lady started to sing at the age of as early as four. She was born and brought in the music world as the family was already inclined towards classical art. She began her career as a classical dancer but eventually turned out to be a playback singer. Sithara firstly was put under the guidance of Sri Ramanattukara Sathish and Pala C.K Ramachandran, who initially trained her in Carnatic classical music. Later on, Sithara decided to take some formal training in Hindustani music under Sri Vijayasenan and UstadFiyaz Khan, which she is still shadowing. She went to St. Paul's Higher Secondary School, Thenhipalam and Calicut University Campus School. She completed her graduation in English Literature from Farook College, Feroke and went on to pursue her Master's degree in the subject from Calicut University, Kerala.Sithara also has her own musical band Eastraga. Talking about achievements, she won the Kerala State Award for the Best Female Singer (2012) for 'Enundodee' from the film called Celluloid. She was also nominated for the Best Female Playback Singer Award at Star Vijay Awards and FilmFare Awards South in 2013. She received the Best Female Playback Singer award in Malayalam at South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA) in 2014 After her debut with ‘PammiPammiVanne’she gained success with the songs like ‘Vinniloodangingu’, ‘Thanka Thamizh’and many more.
