Deepak Devraj Komath is the original name of Deepak Dev, an Indian music director. He has composed songs predominantly in Malayalam cinema. His music is flawless in terms of sound quality. His music has a distinct quality in it and this has created a new trend in Mollywood. Deepak has several superhit songs to his credit.

Born on 2nd March 1978, Deepak hails from Tellichery in Kerala. He had his schooling in Dubai and imbibed Carnatic music right from childhood. Eventually he developed passion for keyboard. While Deepak was pursuing his graduation in Sacred Heart College he commenced a rock band with the company of some of his friends . This band was recognized at the Talent Time-Woodstock competition and fetched award annually.

Deepak got himself associated with veteran music composers including A R Rehman, Vidyasagar, Anu Malik,Shankar Ehsaan Loy, Aadesh Srivastav, Mani Sharma, Sandeep Chowta and M M Kreem. Chronic Bachelor was his debut movie in Malayalam. Siddique helmed direction for this movie. Deepak expresses that Siddique was instrumental in his entry into movies. Deepak did some filler music for a program in US and this eventually prompted Siddique to offer Chronic Bachelor (2003) to Deepak. The music of Chronic Bachelor rocked the charts and all numbers became super hits. The songs in this movie Silayil Ninnum, Sile Sile Yaay and Swayamvara Chandrike became superhits. From then, he began to produce several hits.

Symphony, Udayananu Tharam, Puthiya Mukham, Naran and Grandmaster are some of the notable works of Deepak. Deepak had to take great efforts to get into the music field. Deepak is a familiar name in Kerala now, thanks to his beautiful tunes. Deepak gained more recognition after he endeavored as a member of a three member jury in a talent program that is basically dealing with music. This program was called as Superstar. He also got himself involved in the channel’s next program named Super Star Junior. Deepak had introduced new faces in singing including K K Renji, Reshmi etc.

On his personal front Deepak is wedded to Smitha; they stay in Cochin now and they are blessed with two daughters.

G. Venugopal is an Indian singer, playback singer, and a television personality. In a little duration of time, he has had a big name in the industry. He has sung over more than 30 movies and 500 musical albums. He has also anchored many musical television reality shows. He was born in Kerala, a South Western state of India. He was the eldest son of Shri Gopinathan Nair and Sreemathi Sarojini. His upbringing was in a musical family. His mother is a retired head of the department of music in Govt Women's College in Trivandrum. His aunts were K Sh.aradamani and K Radhamani. The two were known as Paravur sisters. He went to Carmel School in Trivandrum. After his fourth standard, his family shifted to Thycaud in joined Thycaud Model School. He had wanted to become a doctor and joined BSC Zoology at Trivandrum University College. He was very active in the college festivals, and it was during this time when he participated in classical musical competitions. After his Graduation, he shifted his career option and did for MA English Literature from Mar Ivanios College. He did his Post Graduation from Kerala University in Journalism. He joined The Indian Express as a journalist. He later joined All India Radio as a Programme Executive. He was always known for his Malayalam poems and devotional songs. He has translated Christian devotional songs to Sanskrit songs. He is known for his creativity. He first sang in “Odaruthammaava Aalariyaam" movie. He has charitable institute "Sasneham G Venugopal" under his name which he started in 2009 when he reached 25 years as a playback singer. The institute works for orphanage kids and provides them free education. He is he VC of Swasthi Foundation, which is a charitable society in Trivandrum. He honored as an Executive Director for Swasthi school of Music and Dance. Besides charity he has started many campaigns such as ‘Green Kerala Campaign’, ‘Anti- Tobacco Campaign’, ‘Clean Kerala’ and ‘Organ Donation Campaign’. He has won many awards. He won the Critics Award tree times and the Kerala Kaumudi Gallop Poll twice. He won the Best Singer for ‘aadedee...aadaadedee’ from the film ‘Ullam’. He has composed the album ‘Mizhiyariyathe’. He has even given his contribution for the Kerala Govt. Harithasree project.
