She started acting at an early age and has appeared in Malayalam films as a child artist. Till then, she has donned a lot in the world of showbiz.

In 2014, she played as Seema G Nair’s daughter in the drama serial, Balamani. She is also part of the popular Malayalam TV series, Nilavilakku, and Sthree. Rose also joined the Malayalam reality television show, Tharolsavam, aired on Kairali TV and acted in films like Casanovva (2012) and Crispy Chicken (2014). She was also cast in K. Saseendra’s Tamil film, Thagaval (2015). Rose also made small roles in many Malayalam films including Thenkasipattanam (2000), Pulival Kalyanam (2003), Sadanandante Samayam (2003), Josettante Hero (2012), Theruvu Nakshatrangal (2012), Kanmashi (2012), and Vazhiyariyathe (2013). She rose to fame for her performance in Prasad Nooranad’s Malayalam short film, Kunjenathi, aired on Kairali TV in 2013.
