Siju Wilson is a new-generation Malayalam actor who has made an appearance in TV and films as well. He has been active in the industry since 2010 and made his debut in two Malayalam movies 'Malarvaadi Arts Club' and 'Last Bench' where his name did not get any credit for the role that he played. However, his fate changed when he was appreciated for his meaningful roles in movies like ' Neram' and ' Premam'. The actor was lucky to star in the two popular films made by director Alphonse Putharen. After the success of the movie 'Neram' (2013), writer-director Alphonse Putharen while announcing his next project, titled ‘Premam’ did cast Siju Wilson in a meaningful role.

Both the movies were stepping stone for actor Siju to get a stronghold in Malayalam movie industry. Siju’s forthcoming movies are ‘ Third World Boys’ which is an unreleased Malayalam film directed and written by the duo Ayyappa Swaroop and Shahaladharan Sashidhar and is being produced by Little Big Cinemas. The actor was recently seen in a successful movie “ Happy Wedding” which was a comedy-drama film directed by debutante director Omar. Being produced under the banner of Ozone Productions and Eros International, the film narrates the story of actor Wilson who plays the role of an engineering graduate and contemplates marriage on his mother’s insistence.

The film was made on a low budget and even had a limited screening in theaters. But after receiving positive reviews, the film was screened simultaneously in over 130 screens in Kerala circuit. Siju Wilson also is popular in Malayalam TV industry for appearing in a sitcom like “Just Fun Chumma” which was aired on Amrita TV. In this serial Willson Joseph was seen as Roy and actor Saran DramaSchool as Tony. The show had teenaged actors like Wilson. Saran, Sreeram Ramachandra and Pavitra Menon.

He also appeared in two Malayalam short films “Kattan Kaappi" and “Moustache Blues". The actor hails from a small town Aluva in Kerala.

Nithin Raj is a playback singer in Malayalam movies. He is also working as a radio jockey with Radio Mirchi station. Before making his career in singing, he was a regular contestant is various reality singing programs that were hosted in Indian television. He was the runner-up in singing TV shows ’Sangeetha Mahayudham’ which was held in 2010 (Surya TV), a finalist in ‘Idea Star Singer’ hunt contest held in 2007 (Asianet), and a semi-finalist in ‘Super Singer’ contest held in 2006 (Vijay TV). In the year 2013, he also had participated in BIG 92.7 FM's 'Golden Voice' contest and took the fourth position at national level. Right from his childhood, he had participated in many singing competition and in the year 2014, he came up with his solo album. Two of his songs which were recorded in the album titled ‘Halo’ were composed by Balabhaskar and had a release by Sathyam Audios. One of the songs ‘Pyar Chahta Hun Mein’ topped the chart of huge popularity which was directed by filmmaker Shankar Ramakrishnan. Another solo song in the same musical album ‘Thiruvathira Thiruvarangil” also became highly popular. As a radio jockey, he became a craze in Kerala for hosting a four-hour show Mirchi Fuse Out. Later, he managed to showcase his talent as a lead singer in 'The Q8 Band'. After achieving huge popularity as a radio jockey and singing hunt talent contest, he managed to give his vocal for even maestro A.R. Rahman. In the year 2010, he gave the voice for A. R. Rahman’s private album ‘Semmozhiyaana Tamizh Mozhiyaam" which was penned by the Tamil Nadu chief minister M. Karunanidhi. It was also the official song for World Tamil Conference held in 2010. This album enabled many leading Tamil artistes of over three generations to perform. In the same year, Nithin lent his voice for a Gujarat theme song ‘'Jai Jai Garvi Gujarat' composed by A.R. Rahman. Impressed by the singer’s voice, Rahman allowed Nithin to provide vocal for movie 'Enthiran' for the song 'Puthiya Manidha'. But before associating with Rahman, Nithin had sung titled songs like 'Jwaalamukhi' and 'Thathamma' for a Mohanlal movie 'Kurukshetra; which had music by Siddharth Vipin. This singer got his first break in playback singing in a Tamil movie 'Silandhi' which had music by Karthik. It was a duet song titled 'Idhu Kadhal Minsarama" sung by co-singer Ranina Reddy. So far he has sung two solo songs in Malayalam movies 'Drona 2010 '(2010) and 'Ezhu Sundara Rathrikal'(2013). For Drona-2010, he sang the theme song "Shapa Soorya Shobhayil" which became highly popular. In the year 2015, he lent his voice for 'Friendship' and 'Fireman'. Nithin has become a quite demanding playback singer after he lent his voice to songs like "Asku Pasku" (Friendship) and "MaGoBa" (Mannar Mathai Speaking 2).

Nedumudi Venu

Nedumudi Venu was born on 22nd May 1948. He is commonly known as Kesavan Venu Gopal. His parents are PK Kesavan Nair and Kunjikkuttiyamma in Nedumudi Alappuzha in Kerala. He had four siblings, all brothers. His father was a schoolmaster. Nedumudi completed his primary education at NSS Higher Secondary School and St Mary's Higher Secondary School, Champakulam. During school days, he was interested in music and arts. He graduated from Sanatana Dharma College in Alappuzha. After graduation, he started his career as a journalist and also worked as a teacher in a tutorial institute. While staying in Trivandrum, he became friends with Padmarajan, Bharath Gopi, Aravindan which made him expose his talent and enter into the domain of movies. In his married life with TR Sushila he had two sons, Unni and Kannan. Initially, Venu started his career from theatre which later helped him to enter into the acting in the cinema industry. He served as a member in one of the famous drama, Kavalam Narayana Panicker. In 1978, he made his debut with the help of director G Aravindan for the movie Thambu. But his skills and talent was known to the world by the maker Bharathan in his film, Aaravam. Soon after the screenplay Oridathoru Phayalvan and Kallan Pavithran made by Padmarajan made him a good actor and started his milestone in the film industry, which helped him gain roles of the head of the family for several memorable movies. Apart from acting he also worked as a scriptwriter for several dramas. He wrote stories for movies like Sruthi, Oru Katha Oru Nunnakkatha, Ambada Njane, Theertham, Kattathe Kilikkoodu and Savidham. He directed the movie “Pooram.” He had a chance to act with Kamal Hasan and Vikram in Shankar's direction for the Screenplay Indian and Anniyan. Venu also portrayed in several television serials, one being Parinamam which was directed by Venu and helped him receive Best Screenplay award from Ashdod International Film Festival held in Israel. He claimed awards like best actor award from the Zimbabwe International Film Festival for his role in Saira in September 2007. He was the only Indian to receive the award from Zimbabwe International Film Festival. In 1981, he won the Filmfare Award for Best Actor in Malayalam. In 1997, he received the lifetime achievement award from Filmfare Awards. In 2007, Pratibha Purusha Karam from Kerala film Critics Association was also added to his accolades.
