Vinod Sukumaran

Vinod Sukumaran is a renowned filmmaker of the Indian Cinema. He was born and brought up in the city of ‘Calicut’ in ‘Kerala’. In terms of education, he had learned ‘Theatre Arts’ in his hometown i.e, from ‘School of Drama’ which is situated in ‘Kerala’ State. After this, he had done his Master’s from ‘Film and Television Institute of India’ (FTII) in ‘Pune’, with a Diploma in ‘Film Making’. Film Editing was his major area of study. He has been an apprentice in Theatre.

He has worked as the costume designer, director, scenic designer, make-up artist, actor, stage designer, and many others. Apart from these, he has worked with many groups who performed theater at the local level. He had been in close connection with many prominent artists and had worked with them.
