is a renowned chef from Kerala. He has been the Executive Chef at Welcome Hotel Pine N Peak at ITC Hotels since 2014. He studied at IIAHS (Indian Institute of Allied Health Sciences) and also completed his diploma in Food Production from NAHM. He was the former Sous Chef at Vista Hotel from 2008-2014, Chef De Partie at Clarks Inn Group Of Hotels from 2006-2008, Commis Chef at Jaypee Hotels & Resorts from 2003-2005, Commie II at Radisson from 2002-2003, Kitchen Trainee for Food Production at Hotel Mansingh Place in Jaipur from 2001-2002, and Commis III at Taj Hotels from 1999-2001. He is responsible for leading and looking after kitchen operations while also mentors a comprehensive team and manages all the beverage and food outlets on the property.
He also has a YouTube channel where he shares about his journey to good food that is super-simple. All of his recipes use only five key ingredients, which ensures a plate of food can be put together fast. They value quality over quantity and a little diligence on the cooking front, which results in exquisite flavour.
