Ajay Khanna is well known Executive chef at Radisson Hotel Group in Delhi. He is known for his exquisite dishes with incredible flavors. He started his career interning with IHC Mughal Group in Agra from 2001-2002, then as a Commis in Jaypee Hotels from 2003-2004 and Marriott Hotels from 2004-2005. He worked as Demi-Chef-De-Partie in Dubai from 2005-2006 and Chef-De-Partie in Mariott Hotels from 2007-2008 in Delhi NCR. He worked with Radisson Hotel Group and Ramada Gurgaon Central as Senior Chef-De-Partie and Senior Sous Chef from 2009-2013 in Chandigarh and Delhi. He became Executive Chef at Radisson Hotel Group from 2013- 2015. He worked in Marriot Hotels for four years as an Executive Chef in Cochin and Bangalore. He has been a full-time Executive Chef at Radisson Hotel Group since 2020 in Delhi NCR.
