Mahima Simon is a chef. She has been very fond of cooking since childhood. Before becoming a chef, she was a teacher at a prominent school in Cochin. But later, to pursue his cooking career, she left teaching and studied cooking intensively. In 2016, she participated in a cooking reality show De Chef-2016 on Mazhavil Manorama TV Channel in which she was the first runner-up. After this, she started taking cooking & baking classes in which she teaches cooking to the moms of Kochi. She also has a website named Mahimas Cooking Class on which she keeps posting her courses. Apart from this, she also has a YouTube channel on which she shares her recipes with people. With this spirit, she made her mark in Kerala's foremost women's magazine run by Vanitha with the title Pachakarani.
