Madhava Reddy Yatham is also known as Mike. He is the CEO of AVGCI. He is an expert capitalist with a wide knowledge of versatile business areas, including operations, sales, technology, finance, and strategic investment plans. He is operating many profitable businesses in diverse sectors of the industry, such as media, VFX services, entertainment education, and publishing. He is an industrialist who performs complex job roles in leading VFX organizations across the globe, including Canada, the USA, UAE, UK, and India. With strong functional, analytical, financial, and technical abilities, Madhava Reddy Yatham always explores unique business lines & creative talents to form sustainable business models.

Madhava Reddy Yatham began his career in 1993 in India. He studied animation and visual effects at the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC), Pune. Later, he shifted to Mumbai for a job. As the head of the film visual effects division, he has worked for Shyam Ramana in the feature film division of Crest Communication for around four years. After that, he went to Vancouver, Canada. There, he worked at Rainmaker. Eventually, Madhava Reddy Yatham moved to the USA with citizenship in 2000. During his time in America, he worked for Technicolor, Ascent Media Company 3, Deluxe, Warner Bros, Universal, Sony, and many other post-production facilities.

Madhava Reddy Yatham moved ahead with a diverse range of experiences to make it as an entrepreneur. He then initiated Rotomaker Studios with the assistance of his contacts & acquaintances. By 2007, he had made a lot of connections in the industry and thought of starting his outsourcing service. Apart from having its offices branches in Vijayawada, Hyderabad, and Chennai, the studio has a VFX academy to its name. Rotomaker Academy specializes in courses around the VFX industry, including, match move, rotoscoping, and paint. He has been in the industry for a long time, and he is well aware of the tech aspects of the pipeline, and how it works in the USA. He also came to India initially to train some people and went back. An alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, he also plans to bring animation & gaming IPs going forward, with a proposed incubation center in Hyderabad for gaming.

Madhava Reddy Yatham has also been the director of Technical Services of VFX Hollywood since Aug 2013.
