One of the Hollywood heavyweights in terms of script writing, Michael Straczynski is the legendary screenplay writer, producer, director and documentarian working in Hollywood right now. Born on 17th July 1954 in Paterson, New Jersey, USA in a family with very humble backgrounds. He was raised in various places like Newark, Illinois and California. He completed his schooling from San Diego, California, the place which hosts the largest Comic-Con in the world, something which Michael used to love to go to as a child. During the 1970s, Michael started writing numerous playwrights for San Diego State University. He published plays like Snow White and The Apprenticeship. His work drew immense attention towards himself because of the amazing writer that Michael was.
His talents got noticed and he started getting offers from radio stations for radio plays. He was hired by KSDO-FM and he wrote Alien Worlds, a radio play for them. Gradually, he started writing for San Diego theatres, Los Angeles Times, San Diego Magazine, People Magazine and so on and so forth. In 1984, he made his debut writing for He-Man and the Masters of Universe, his first animated TV show. He wrote some more animated kids shows after that. After that, he moved to writing horror shows for Twilight Zone, Nightmare Classics, The Strange Cases of Dr. Jekyll and Hyde. During the 2000s, he was hired by Marvel comics to publish The Amazing Spiderman comics. Later in 2008, he wrote Changeling, one of the most critically acclaimed pictures and so on he has had a stellar career.
