Jonathan Cavendish is a film producer. He is hugely known for producing the Bridget Jones series of motion pictures and the movie Elizabeth: The Golden Age of 2007. Before starting work in advertising, he was a History student at Oxford University. He played a role in Marketing of the British TV broadcasting service Channel 4 at its launch. He formed a Production company of his own in 1983 called Little Bird in which the well-known American actor and dancer James Mitchell was his partner.
