Andrea has won The Broadcasting Press Guild and Royal Television Society Award for Devil’s Whore. She was born on 20 November, 1981, in Newcastle upon Tyne, in England. Andrea went to Newcastle upon Tyne Church High School in Tankerville Terrace in Jesmond, and graduated from Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She grew up in Whitley Bay in England. From a very small age, she was seen in the play, Riding England Sidesaddle, by Christopher Goulding at People’s Theater in Newcastle as Celia Fiennes. Andrea was a member of the Young People’s Theater and is a member of the National Youth Theater.

She made her debut in acting with the film, Made in Dagenham, in 2010. Andrea has worked in an award winning film, The Pride, by Alexi Kaye Campbell. In ‘Oblivion’, she has done a supportive role with , in 2013. Andrea has been a part of the cast of The Academy Award winning movie in the Best Film category, ‘Birdman’. She has even won Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture for Birdman.

Andrea has acted as Rosalind in the drama, As You Like It, by Shakespeare and directed by Polly Findlay at the National Theater stage. She has become an important character, Evangeline, in the Netflix drama, ‘Bloodline’, for the season 2 of the series.
