Lambert Wilson

Son of a popular actor and theatre manager Georges Wilson, Lambert Wilson is a French actor who was born in Paris and is a fluent English speaker. He also gave a screen test for the golden eye in 1995 for the role of James Bond in which he enacted scenes from the film From Russia with love.

He also did a series of advertisements for Calvin Klein in 1998.The most interesting thing about Lambert childhood was that despite having a fully fledged family, his father used to tell media that he lives alone because he wanted to protect his family from paparazzi. The thing that gave Lambert respect internationally was his role of The Merovingian in the Matrix reloaded and the Matrix Revolutions.

He was selected as a member of main competition jury of an International Film Festival of Marrakech. At the Cannes film festival of 2014 and 2015, he was the master of ceremonies for the opening and closing ceremonies. He has also recorded two albums as a singer which are named as “Musicals” and “Demon e & Marveilis.

He also sings in a show named as “La Nuit Americane”. He joined the course at London drama centre in between 1975 and 1977, but never completed the course because he had to make his professional theatre debut in a play in Paris with his father.
