Lanre Idewu is the founder and CEO of the Company Fit4LA.com, which is known for a multidisciplinary approach to fitness and exercise. He is a former medical student of the University of Chicago and became a celebrity fitness expert by having over 20 years of experience in Exercise, Personal Development and Nutrition. He also has about 13 Years of experience in Entertainment as an Executive and a Creative.
He has also appeared in the famous television programmes like Oprah, Entertainment Tonight, Biggest Loser, Starting Over, 101 Incredible Celebrity Slimdowns and 20/20. He is a certified trainer and fitness model and has appeared in publications, such as People Magazine.
He holds a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Iowa along with additional coursework in Physiology, Nutrition, Exercise Science and Kinesiology. Before starting his company, he worked at small private gyms and large fitness centres. He is eager to help improve individuals' quality of life through proper Nutrition and Exercise. He has also appeared in the movies like Black November (2015), Phil Cobb's Dinner for Four (2014), Irene in Time (2009), The Inheritance (2009), Holla 2 (2013) and The Brass Teapot (2011).
