Peter “Finn” Wittrock Jr. is an American actor and film writer. He was born on October 28, 1984, in Lenox, Massachusetts, US. His mother, Kate Claire Crowley, was a professor of the subject occupational therapy at the University of Southern California and his father; Peter L. Wittrock Sr. was an actor. He went to the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts for his studies. Finn initially turned down The Julliard School and began his career with guest roles in several television shows. Then he made his film debut with the movie Halloween High in 2004. Finn then joined Julliard and graduated with a degree of "Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2008."
He appeared in the teen drama film Twelve in 2010. He received the Theatre World Award and the Clarence Derwent Award for Most Promising Male Performer in 2012 for his portrayal of Happy Loman in the Death of a Salesman. He debuted in Broadway with this play. In 2013, he worked as the lead artist in the play adaptation of the film The Guardsman.
