Jonathan Slavin was born in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, on November 8, 1969. Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, is where he was born and reared. Over 90 films have featured Slavin. His career spans over 20 years. He debuted in the 1995 movie Eye of the Stalker and played the role of a clerk. He is best known for his EMA Award-winning sitcom Better Off Ted and the Drew Barrymore-starred horror-comedy series Santa Clarita Diet. In 2013, Slavin was nominated for the Behind the Voice Actor Best Vocal Ensemble in a New Television Series Award for his performance in Robot and Monster (2012).
Slavin had no training in the field of acting. He absorbed what he thought talented people did and paved his way forward.
