Christine has directed probably the best parody series in the recent twenty years. She is famous for the BAFTA-winning satire series Gavin and Stacey. In 2010, Christine directed the main series of Grandma's House for Tiger Aspect/BBC2, featuring Simon Amstell, which acquired a British Comedy Award, and in 2012 she got back to direct the sequel. Rebecca Front's Little Cracker for Sky One, 6-section satire series Hebburn for Baby Cow/BBC2, and merry parody drama Panto! starring John Bishop for ITV1 are some of her series.
Christine has directed New Girl and The Goldbergs in America, Up The Women starring Jessica Hynes for BBC Four. She also helmed the new comedy, The Kennedys, written by Emma Kennedy. After directing the US series Speechless for ABC, Christine got back to the UK to directed the Gavin and Stacey Christmas Special for Christmas 2019.
