David Suchet is England’s most delicate stage, screen, and television actor and producer. Also known as Sir David Courtney Suchet, he is one of the most successful and famous actors of the 20th century, with over 113 credits to his name. He was raised in the Paddington area of London, England. His date of birth is May 2, 1946. Raised without religion, David Suchet started following the Anglican theology in 1986. David Suchet was appointed the Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 2002 for his exceptional services to drama. He was awarded an honorary degree for his contributions to the Arts from the University of Chichester on October 10, 2008. In 2011, he was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE).
