Aaron Staton is an award-winning American actor best known for his role as Ken Cosgrove in the AMC drama series Mad Men. He can also be nominated for a BAFTA for best performer for voicing the main protagonist Cole Phelps in the Video game L.A Noire.

Aaron Staton was born in West Virginia in 1980 but grew up in Florida. He is a popular American actor. He is most known for his roles as Ken Cosgrove in the AMC drama series Mad Men (2007–2015) and as Cole Phelps in the video game L.A. Noire (2011), for which he received a BAFTA nomination for Best Performer. Staton returned north to attend the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama. After graduating in 2004, Staton began his acting career cautiously, appearing in different theatre plays until making his television debut in 2005 in "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC 1999).In 2006, he had a multi-episode run on "7th Heaven" (WB/CW 1996-2007). The actor made his film debut in "August Rush" (2007) before participating in a few more films, such as the film adaption of "The Nanny Diaries" (2007) and the TV program "Without a Trace" (2007).

Staton, who played rising young ad guy Ken Cosgrove on the program, was a regular character throughout its run, taking part in many memorable scenes. Besides "Mad Men," Staton appeared on a few other projects, including "Imaginary Bitches," a web series in which his wife, Connie Fletcher, featured. He was the hero of the ambitious Rockstar video game "L.A. Noire" in 2011 when he played player character Cole Phelps in an intense role that required cutting-edge technology to record his every facial movement with several cameras.
Staton & the rest of the Mad Men cast were nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series in 2008 & 2009. He has been in television shows such as Law & Order: SVU and 7th Heaven.
