She is one of the pioneers in the most successful series of Gaan Abohomaan Concerts. She has also been part of Niharika's Niharika music album in collaboration with Chandrabindoo. Paul sang songs titled 'Bodhu Boron' by Star Jalsha and 'Rai Kishori' by Zee Bangla. Many of her play songs are scheduled to release this year. Pashmina Paul is a paid artist based outside of West Bengal's capital, Kolkata.

Singer Prashmita Paul was overjoyed as she returned to the set to shoot a reality show more than five months later. But Prashmita was very upset as it was the first time she had shot a real show without any live viewers before. Due to the ongoing epidemic, as well as several restrictions and regulations, which must be followed during the actual shooting of the show, there was no permission for live audiences to be inside the studio.

Sharing her work experience in this new standard, Prashmita also shared that like film or serial shoots, real-time shoots are also driven by maintaining high levels of security. There are several places inside the studio where hand-held foot sanitizers were available for our use. The microphone and other gears are all cleaned up in front of us. Our belongings were cleaned before entering the studio and hot tests were performed. Some people would pull the door of the shooting floor so that people would not touch it directly.

Two other city-based television shows are still being filmed in the city, Super Singer (senior) and Dadagiri Unlimited.
