Sajjadul Islam Sayeem was born in Barishal on November 10, 1990. He was initially known as Md Sajjadul Islam. His father Late Md. Shajahan was a government contractor and his mother was a housewife. He has two elder sisters, Shahana Sultana, and Shohana Sultana. Sayeem began working in the field of graphic design in 2006. As a freelancer, he contributed to the branding concepts of various television ads. He entered the Bangla film industry in 2012 as the assistant director and publicity designer of Porobashinee, the nation of Bangladesh's first science fiction film. In addition to his post-production and graphic design business, YFVFX, he created Youth Films in 2012.
He then began working with renowned Dhallywood production companies like Tiger Media and Jaaz Multimedia. His prior knowledge in related industries is helping him immensely as he steadily climbs the ladder of the industry. Sayeem established his own advertising business, YDEA, in 2015. He has collaborated with the top film directors in Dhallywood as a publicity designer. His most well-known works as a publicity designer include Kistimaat, Action Jasmine, Samraat, Sweetheart, Musafir, Ice-cream, Dhaka Attack, Moments, and Maya. He is the first Bangladeshi publicity designer to compete in the international movie poster award (IMPA).
He has performed promotional tasks for more than 50 movies, 200 plays, and businesses. From the Bangladeshi film business, Sayeem creates movie posters. He was the first to significantly alter how film PR was done, and it later became standard practice. Sayeem has been praised by people all around the world as a result of this outcome. The good fortune to work in Bollywood also befell Sayeem. His nickname is Bangladesh's "Poster Boy."
