Putani Pantru is a dance based reality show which got aired on the channel Suvarna TV. The series is a Kannada language one which got broadcasted on every Sunday in the time slot of 9:00 to 10:00 PM. The program successfully completed the first season at the end of 2014, following which it got renewed further for a second season. The show got designed exclusively for kids to come and prove their mettle. The children put their best foot forward to groove the audience members and judges alike and take home the grand prize along with the champion’s trophy. Putani Pantru features a number of children from different parts of the state coming together and dancing to the best of their ability. Auditions got conducted in some of the major cities of Karnataka including Bengaluru, Dhavangara, Mangalore, and Mysore, to find the next big dancing superkid.

The trials were open for all children between the age group of five and thirteen years old. The series follows a freestyle dance approach where the participant can adopt any genre they want. This ensures a large variety of talent coming in and performing. The battle is ferocious and saw some of the most talented children fight it out to prove themselves the best. It was truly a spectacle of grandeur and absolute extravaganza of energy and raw enthusiasm from all the bright little dancing phenomenon. Suvarna TV features amongst one the leading Kannada language entertainment channels to be on the air. It got owned and operated by the Star India Network. It features round the clock entertainment programming suited to the tastes of a variety of audience members.

The shows range across a variety of different genres including the likes of fiction, reality shows, and comedy as well.
