Plot
Vinay is an IT employee. He dreams of getting killed after he hit a dog with his bike. The dream comes true, partially. He hits a dog, which is considered a mother to Rayappa. Rayappa sets a 45-day timeline to kill Vinay. Vinay loses his job, friends, and his lover, which breaks his heart. At this juncture, Shivanna crosses paths with Vinay. He offers help to Vinay and tries to change his life back to normal. Who is Shivanna? Why did he help Vinay? What happened to Rayappa’s challenge? The rest of the story speaks about this.
Star Performance
Shivanna enters in the second half and delivers a neat performance. Uppi looks cool in the negative role. Raj B Shetty delivers a neat performance as Vinay. He is excellent at expressing various situations and emotions.
Analysis
The story looks unique while reading. The movie starts off well, giving confidence to the audience with its huge star cast. The film loses its pace in a few minutes, and it continues till the end. Although there are three big stars in the film, none of their roles is clearly written. If the story has strong moments, automatically, the characters could’ve got a strong connection. Shivanna is good, but the comedy portions didn’t match his personality, as his character appears in serious moments. We can find repetition in some scenes. The story is basically written in the Karma concept with the latest format. Except for the three stars, no other stars get a decent screen presence and performance. The BGM is a little louder. The VFX could’ve been better.

The film has a decent story, but the slow pace acts as a hurdle to the flow. However, for the concept and performances, the film is watchable once!
