Kahiin to Hoga was a soap opera broadcast on STAR Plus. Ekta Kapoor Ekta Kapoor; a legendry producer in Indian TV and >> Read More... and Balaji Telefilms are the creators of this lovely series which was broadcast for the period of four years (from 8 September 2003 to 15 February 2007) and had 799 episodes. The story describes the lives of five sisters Kashish, Mouli, Mahek, Charu, and Kanan. The main protagonist in the series is Kashish, played by Aamna Shariff.

The story focuses mostly on the relationship between Kashish and Sujal, (played by Rajeev Khandelwal Rajeev Khandelwal is a model turned film and telev >> Read More... ). They first meet when Sujal accidentally hits Kashish with his car, and after that Kashish applies for a job in his office and gets selected. The company is owned and run by both Sujal and his best friend Piyush, and their families live in the same house. Piyush had two brothers, Rishi, and Varun.

Rishi dislikes Kashish and flirts with Mouli and Mahek while Varun secretly loves Mahek. Kashish and Sujal fall in love, and Kashish writes a love letter to Sujal and leaves it on his desk. Rishi writes the name Piyush on the letter, and Piyush thinks that the letter is for him and believes that Kashish loves him. Their families arrange their engagement, but Kashish thinks that she is getting engaged to Sujal. When she realizes that she is getting married to Piyush, she doesn't object and agrees to marry him only to save her family from embarrassment.

The story continues with more plots and situations filled with romance, jealousy, arrogance, revenge and even danger, but in the end, the series finishes with a happy ending, where Kashish and Sujal live happily together. The serial was very popular and widely accepted by TV audience of all ages. It had received many awards in different categories by Star Parivaar Awards, Indian Telly Awards, Indian Television Academy Awards and Kalakar Awards.
